Operating Office users with valid user ids and permissions will be able to Do the Claim Transactions on the Maruti Policies. Also they will be able to view and generate various Important Reports.

CoverNote Issue/Policy U/W

Dealers and Agents will be able to generate Covernotes for various policies. The users will also be able to generate Policies of various Departments. Various Reports available for Reviews.

Inter Office/RO Claim

Users are able to process the Operating Office Claims through RO Claim Hub and Inter Office Claims through Web Enabled Inter Office Claims after required Authorization from respective OOs.

HO & RO Approval for Detariff

RO and HO Approvers are able to Approve the Extra Discount/Loading sent from Operating for Approval. RO Users can approve or sent to HO Approvers for Approvals. After the Rate is approved from RO or HO Operating Office users can recalculate the proposals can Collect the premium.

Business Centre Users will be able to underwrite various policies and collect Premium through Internet Connection. Various Reports available for Reviews.
